sfx clobbers play

**Steps to reproduce:**
queue two things with `play`
run `sfx` while first thing is playing
observe that when the sound effect ends the bot doesn't go back to playing, even when the next queued song starts

**Expected behavior:**
Bot goes back to playing after the sfx sound, or something similar
