Giphy Command is broken #219
Description
The giphy command is broken. It appears the public API key we were using from their docs has been revoked, so we'll need to switch to actually registering an API key for each bot and putting it in auth.json with the other keys. Filling an issue rather than fixing because I'm focused on moving us to discord.js 13 right now.
See #128 for some further discussion in the past on this.
#129 has a quick fix but I'd prefer it be pulled from auth.json
