"Mailing list" sign ups

When a user enters their email to sign up for a mailing list, we don't get a notification anywhere. Ideally, we would get an email sent to contact@chalkcoaching.com
Is it possible to set that up? Formatting issues are higher priority, but this is something to address at some point if possible.

Question: Would it be possible for you to extract a list of email addresses who may have already submitted their info to join our mailing list?

Sorry -- one more thing! Would it be possible to add a timestamp to that so that, moving forward, we can see when people submitted their email for the mailing list?
