Is it possible to combine different test types in the same question?

Hi everybody! Hope you're having a wonderful time!

I was wondering if it was possible to combine different test types in the same question. For example, I'd like to combine a "fill in the gap" test with a "multiple choice" test in the same question. Or even two multiple choice tests in the same question, instead of having to create 2 separate questions.
