How to edit tests with hotspots?

Hi all, how are you?

I was wondering why I don't seem to be able to edit tests with hotspots. When I press the pencil icon, it opens a screen where all I can edit is the name of the test, but the image with the hotspots is nowhere to be found.

Am I doing something wrong?

I'm attaching a screenshot.
