Request : Chamilo-certified Portal Assistants in Nigeria / West Africa (nonprofit request)

Hello Chamilo team / providers / community,

I run AfricEdu University, a registered non-profit (Pan-African online university) launching a Chamilo pilot to deliver accredited short courses. Because we operate on a very limited startup budget, we are seeking Chamilo-certified Portal Assistants (CCHAPA) or experienced implementers based in Nigeria or nearby (Ghana, Kenya, South Africa) who are willing to provide subsidised or phased support for an initial pilot.

Could you please:

1. Share any CCHAPA-certified contacts in Nigeria/West Africa (name, cert ID, contact info), or

2. Refer any Chamilo providers or certified individuals who have worked in Africa and can offer a nonprofit discount?

Pilot scope (short): Chamilo install (staging + prod), branding/theme, SCORM/xAPI import of ~20 courses, CSV user import, 2 admin trainings, 3 months support.
