The updated terms and conditions on the source Govt. website prohibits 3rd parties from using their data in any form
The url you are using has a "Terms of uses" section, but it doesn't seem to prohibit non-commercial use?
Can you point at the terms and conditions which stopped you from using the vahan portal?
