Unify Preprocessing #5
Description
We need to combine the preprocessing scripts (that prepare workspace files) with the Preprocessing.py (create the HRUs parameters). Would be nice if they are combined, and after the clustering is done, we probably don't need to save several of the fine-resolution .tif files in the workspace (they use tons of storage). Ideally, we would like to keep just the input_file.nc.
