[Enhancement] Need ability to assign/deselect IP's

Would like to see the ability to add IP and hostname's to web server and/or web services, middle-ware applications, and any other application that may run on the box - Not everything runs in a VM and IP(s) are assigned to all sorts of stand-alone applications.

Need the ability to mark IP's as used without assigning to anything. Some IP's are blocked out on purpose with nothing assigned even though they maybe "available" on the box.
