Repoint the codebase to https://oscdb.chaoss.community #1
Description
Currently, the codebase lives at https://chaoss.github.io/oscdb.
The aim is to move this to https://oscdb.chaoss.community (similar to https://badging.chaoss.community) to signify the association with the CHAOSS community AND invite more contributions.
- Facilitate a call with Adeyinka and the core badging team, responsible for the badging website, to understand the process
- Document it via a PR here for further visibility
- Check in with Sean Goggins regarding. payment for Docker and/or Heroku
