Create comprehensive integration tests for the enhanced kick mode functionality.

Acceptance Criteria

• Test complete new project setup flow
• Test with existing git repository
• Test error handling paths
• Test GitHub integration scenarios
• Automate test execution

Technical Notes

• Create test scenarios in /tests/
• Use temporary directories for testing
• Mock GitHub API for some tests
• Include both success and failure paths

Testing

• All test scenarios pass
• Tests can be run automatically
• Test coverage is comprehensive
• Tests document expected behavior
