This is after adding the suggested cross config.
AFAICT from those logs openssl is being installed into the container so no idea why it would still be bombing out. Need to break out one of my Linux machines to test or if an enterprising individual comes along who wants to look at it feel free.
Can't test this on a Mac because something about how Docker Desktop does ARM makes it so Cross won't run pre-build scripts basically.
