Some suggestions:
- use env var in config.js
- publish docker image to ghcr use GitHub action
- what about gc when using olgitbridge? If user deleted a project, how can olgitbridge delete related repos, folders?

Btw, overleaf's git bridge https://github.com/overleaf/overleaf/tree/main/services/git-bridge is open source, however it may take some time to finish some web api, is there any one who have finished related work? maybe choose native git-bridge is a better solution.
