[❔]: Location of Preview in Capture Setting #1158

Hello,
I was not sure if this is a bug or intended. Here's the picture:

As you can see "Preview" I've seen in videos on how to use QuickAdd is actually below the "Capture Format", just top of "Behavior".
I've tried to isolate with just QuickAdd and see if it was an issue with the theme i am using or CSS snippet. There were nothing.
My question is: Is this intended?
