Restrict Manager Permissions & Lock Sequences

Hello,

Currently, when a user has a Manager role, they can delete and modify sequences. However, this is not always desirable. It would be beneficial to have an option to restrict Managers to only creating new hires and monitoring their team's onboarding process, without the ability to modify or delete sequences.

Additionally, it would be helpful to have the ability to lock a sequence to prevent accidental deletion.

Would it be possible to implement these permission restrictions and a sequence lock feature?
