1. wondering if you can help me understand how to create forms with fixed options within a To Do Task using the web UI? Documentation references json but is there a way to do this within the UI ? i added a screenshot of this and how it comes in the slackbot.

2. What limitations do you have with free vs paid in terms of character limits ?

It's currently fixed and it doesn't matter if you are a free or paid user.

Whats the frequency the Slack BOT checks in to see if there are new tasks.

It does check every day at 8 am (localized to their timezone).

Is there a way to force users to look at resources with in the slack bot? I not i only see resources when i first get the message but im seeing even as a course they dont pop up under to do.

Strange... if it's a course, it should pop up if they haven't completed it yet.
