Value returned by call\macro\prepare_macro should be stack aware

The partial application of call\macro should yield a value that is stack aware if the macro is implemented as a function.

There is no immediate application for this change. It might be useful for hypothetical Prexonite debuggers (opaque IIndirectCall barriers are an obstacle for debuggers)
