Implement Django Imagekit to improve performance on graffiti wall overview page

Currently the overview page for the graffiti walls is very slow to load because we're fetching the full images for thumbnails. We should implement Imagekit to help with this and auto-derive thumbnails we can use in various UI places of the site.
