Add option to start reading on a certain page

When starting to track a book that you've already read, it would be convenient to be able to set a page offset from where it should start tracking progress.

This offset wouldn't be included in the time left calculations, so ETA still stays accurate and you don't have to estimate how long you've been reading it which muddles the data.
