Distinguish territories from ethnic groups

Like I said on Discord, I think most native American nations were already organized societies with hierarchies before the Europeans arrived so they wouldn't fall under this categorization. Most definitely Mesoamerican and Incan nations should be displayed the same as European nations.

An unorganized culture usually indicates a a hunter-gatherer society, meaning a group of humans without the knowledge of (and practice of) agriculture. For example the Jomon culture (link 1). Another group I'd personally add to this group would be tribes without any concept of borders, for example the early Germanic tribes who's settlements often intertwined. For example the Frisians (link 2).

Another group that we should consider the same way but that can not be callen unorganized culture would be nomadic societies. Most of them also had no concept of borders, and mapping them would proof very difficult. For example the Scythians (link 3).

What it should look like I'll leave up to you guys, as long as they're distinct. 2 suggestions would be either show them as simply a label without any kind of border, or show them with a gradient fill.

How do we draw the shapes for those who are not aware of concept of borders?

Will you be able to set somewhere a flag, that we need to treat this territory as unorganized culture?

We could add STV with empty geometry with visual center for special label somewhere in the middle of their habitat.
