Make website responsive

The mobile version will have some big differences with the web version:

• I would put the map as the whole screen, and clicking on a territory will open a new page to show the nation info (the current left pane).
• Is editing territories still relevant on mobile?

I would imagine metadata editing would be relevant on mobile, just not the geographical data.
