Google2 scopes handled incorrectly

It is currently impossible to set the scope to be only email (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email`); the profile scope (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile`) is always added because of lines 23 and 24 in google2.js.
