Add License for legal community derivative works #16

@ClementDrn

Description

@ClementDrn

There is currently no license attached to this repository code.

The GitHub documentation on licensing states the following:

You're under no obligation to choose a license. However, without a license, the default copyright laws apply, meaning that you retain all rights to your source code and no one may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from your work. If you're creating an open source project, we strongly encourage you to include an open source license. The Open Source Guide provides additional guidance on choosing the correct license for your project.

In order to allow the community to legally make derivative works of this work, it would be nice to have a LICENSE stating what permissions are given. As for now, no rights are given, which may or may not be what is intended.
Since the repository is quite popular based on the star rating, this would benefit the community.

Thank you.
