Preliminary testing for pycinema/cinema v2.0

Install the current test version of the module (linux and mac)

pip install --index-url https://test.pypi.org/simple/ --extra-index-url https://pypi.org/simple pycinema

You should now have a 'cinema' command available in your shell, and you can run it like this:

cinema view path/to/database.cdb
cinema explorer path/to/database.cdb

You can clone a repository of example databases with this command:

git clone git@github.com:cinemascience/pycinema-data.git

Note that some of these databases produce errors, but generally they should work. The safest commands are:

cinema view sphere.cdb
cinema explorer ScalarImages.cdb

Note that the UI is currently set up to work with a 'dark' color scheme, so you will need to change your desktop settings to see the best contrast in the UI. We are working on releasing both 'light' and 'dark' color schemes, but for now it's just dark.
