Enable counting commits and LOC changed from only selected commits, not from the whole PR

As desribed, example: I'm working on a branch created from a different PR, that is already reviewed. I want to ask for CR only on the specific commits, so I'm creating special link for it. Trader still displays data for the whole PR, not for the subset of changes I specified.
