I would like to get the conversation started on three additions to the spec to enhance the user experience when viewing a Snapshot in a viewer like Gemeindescan.

1. Translation

Gemeindescan offers a multi-lingual interface for viewing and managing snapshots. For some contexts, especially bilingual cities or regions, snapshots should contain translated titles, legends, descriptions and alike.

The proposal focuses on adding translations in a simple and backwards compatible way.

2. WMS Layers

Web Mapping Services offer a simple tiled pixel based interface to show prerendered maps, e.g. as backgrounds for data layers.

3. (Temporal) View Filters
