Fix anniversary page

Description

The anniversary page is live but the following sections need to be updated before it's complete:

• Timeline — replace with the final version (file attached above)
• Quotes — community quotes section needs to be populated
• Blog post — blog post section needs content/connection
• Newsletter form — integrate with Mailchimp

CKAN Timeline

Replace the timeline with the final version available here: ckan_timeline_final.html

Quotes

Replace the current quote section with this: ckan_quotes.html

Blog post

How am I supposed to publish a blog post that will go on CKAN anniversary page?

Form

The form must be integrated with a concrete Mailchimp list, not the CKAN Monthly Live one. Another audience ID.
