Update `vocabulary` package for MMIF spec 1.1.0

Update the vocabulary package to ensure compliance with MMIF spec version 1.1.0 (recently released). The following tasks need to be addressed:

1. Backward Compatibility for LAPPS Types: Ensure that old LAPPS types are still functional as aliases ("a.k.a.") in the updated vocabulary.
2. Alias Old LAPPS Property Names: Map the old LAPPS property name NamedEntity::word to the new property name Span::text to maintain compatibility with existing implementations.
