What to do with `@lang` prop for codeswitching `TextDocument`

As the title goes, the @lang property in the TextDocument:text field only allows a single language code. However, it is highly likely that we will encounter source data that have mixture of spoken languages sooner or later. This thread is for discussion of handling of such cases within the CLAMS vocab.
