Thank you for putting together and sharing DeepSAP, I'm very interested in benchmarking it with my own data.
Following the usage example in the README page, I'm running into the issue:
[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/tmp/83/12/bin/io/ADNRBE_T11MS50.tar.gz'
It appears the DNABERT MS150 model is not in the location noted in the DeepSAP.py. Looking within the container, I was unable to find the model, is it somewhere in the container or available to download somewhere else?
Any help would be much appreciated.
