Raising dependencies

Can you please consider raising the dependencies as in metadata.json? We're successfully running it with a newer module "puppet/selinux" (on which this depends) and newer puppet core, for example.

Just found out that dependency "stahnma/epel" was later renamed to "puppet/epel".
