Geolocation does not properly (always) fallback to MLS

Did I miss something or was Geolocation abandoned in TenFourFox? It doesn't seem to work in any TFF version after 17.

Enabled MLS and these essentially work but I can't do testing on the G5 yet since it isn't connected by Wifi.

I think I just found a very stupid bug that may be the cause of why the fix we landed in 45.9 didn't work.

Next, we need an API key so we can be certain to get data back from the WiFi provider.

Per @chtrusch this seems to work okay even without a key, so we'll consider this fixed.
