Glitchy starting position of bars

Starting position of the bars are bottom, for the top elements in the recyclerview.
Animation: Bottom -> Top

But when I scroll down, as elements get created and binded, the starting position of the bars are centered.
Animation: Center -> Top&Bottom

Can we set a default behaviour for this? I need it to be at bottom always.
