File URL's imported into Asset fields

Not sure if this is at all possible, but wondering if there is a way to import, or at least, match a file name that comes in via XML, to match the same file name in an Asset, whether that be CDN of local.

I assume you're referring to a file field as opposed to a filename in a WYSIWYG field?

I am swapping legacy image paths with S3 paths in my code, so you can see where that's being done and tweak to match your before/after image paths.

I have Craft Assets configured to use S3, so that makes sense in my case.
