Non code: recover twitter @clicheio account

I mailed to support to recover @clicheio account, But they ignore it.

I think they suspend our account for blocking spamming. We didn't try any tweet, follow, but our account's API info was leaked from my mistake ;(..

In my poor english, I can't convince twitter support center. Somebody help me!

When did you mail it and to where did you did it? If no significant time
has passed (in which like 7 business day,) we can wait little more.
Otherwise, I will try to send a mail to twitter support as well.
