Upgrade to Django 5.2

Hi team,

I noticed the project currently depends on Django 5.1, which is no longer supported and does not receive security updates. Because of this, it may include unresolved security vulnerabilities.

Would you be willing to upgrade the project to Django 5.2, which is a current supported release?

Hi @markdboyd, I wasn’t able to open a PR due to the repo’s protection settings, but I’ve implemented support for Django 5.2 in a fork for your review. Happy to make any changes if needed!

Hey @tmpayton - Thanks for reaching out! I have updated this package to use Django 5.2 and published version 2.1.9 of cg-django-uaa to PyPI which should include those changes
