🐛 [BUG] - manual setup remains

Description

On our OpenShift production cluster, we need to override this image: https://github.com/cloud-pi-native/helm-charts/blob/observatorium-0.5.4/charts/observatorium/values.yaml#L162 to avoid DockerHub pull rate limit. This is currently done manually. Either:

• override with the dsc
• or find a way to set up imagePull secret without conflicting OpenShift imagePull secret.
