Add the option to annotate the service Account

In the chart for serviceAccount at the moment, there isn't an option to annotate it.

I am launching it in EKS and require IAM role for service account for this to work, hence the annotation.

I like to request that be added to the template for serviceaccount.yaml please.

Alternatively, if pod identity could work with the service account, that'll be even better as it currently only works with IRSA.
