Installing Docker Compose doc suggestion

I followed the instructions, and it seems to work. I ran into some problems with the docker compose instructions as I had to use pip to install it (vs. yum). I ended up following the instructions in https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-install-and-use-docker-compose-on-centos-7 to install docker-compose.

@julienlim I installed docker-compose using the official documentation of docker(https://docs.docker.com/compose/install/). Did you try this?
