module on luarocks is outdated

I installed this module via luarocks and was wondering why the "samesite" flag wasn't working until i realised that the version registered with luarocks is 5 years old. Is this intended or was it simply forgotten?

@jdesgats Any chance this issue can be addressed? Also stumbled over this issue now. Would be nice to get the latest version published.

As far as I know luarocks has been replaced by OPM on OpenResty.
