Smoke test failing because of no compatible go lang version in cloud foundry

We can see that the smoke test job is still using 1.13.X version of GoLang package which fails when 1.13.X is not available in cloud foundry buildpacks. Is there any plans to bump the golang version to 1.14.x or latest. Thank You in advance.
