怎么git clone不了

1. git clone git@github.com:cloudsben/PHPVim.git .vim
   运行完，提示：Warning: Permanently added the RSA host key for IP address '192.30.252.128' to the list of known hosts.
   Permission denied (publickey).
   fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
   Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.

2.git submodule init提示如下，是否是第一条不行导致？
fatal: Not a git repository (or any of the parent directories): .git

我直接在你这里download zip，行不行。我不太懂，还望你不吝指教，多谢

git clone https://github.com/cloudsben/PHPVim.git .vim
