Replace randomizer with isomorphic/universal MEAN stack using reactive transducers over an event emitter stream that reduces promises to monadic immediately-invoked function expressions with a NoSQL database with load-bearing maternal duties run by incremental CRON jobs mapped to cryptographic hash-brown tables that implement HTML5 and CSS3 polymorphic polymer web components under a virtual shadow DOM using a non-MVC/MVVM UI/UX library/framework. We're currently working on a highly modular, cross compiled version written in Rails that compiles down to Backbone with Typescript. Each button click will spin off a series web workers than then run calculations for every possible range of ticket numbers that could ever exist and spits out a winner. Also material design.

Reason is: I don't like the title you used for this issue. It uses the word isomorphic when it has been clearly replaced with the word universal by js hipsters.
