ScriptProbe hangs all of rainbow if script does not return #27
Description
If there is a script that we are calling as a probe that does not return (and does not produce output), then this stops all processing of probe information throughout Rainbow.
We should put a timeout or something in GenericScriptBasedProbe to check for hanging scripts.
