Link the vote title directly to the GitHub issue on the audit page #689
Description
Right now a user has to actually open the issue overlay via this link to get a link directly to the GitHub issue for the vote.
It would be great if there was also a direct link to the issue from the full list of open votes as well.
For example, either by adding a direct link somewhere here:
Rather than just having it in the overlay as it is here:
