Improve maintainer navigation and improve responsiveness

Figure out a way of navigating the maintainer roster for a project when looking at a project record, at the moment you can use the back button to get to the Roll Call Page but would be useful to just navigate a maintainers roster outside of that context and also when looking at a maintainer's record.

Possible options

• On a maintainers record, Add Next, Prev buttons on the maintainer, would have to in the context of a specific project, consider naming the next maintainers on those nav buttons.
• Tabulate a projects maintainers on a separate project/maintainers route.
• Make the company affiliation part of the form ressponsive
