[Bug]: Deployment fails on AWS Regions differently than us-west-2 #68
Description
What is your environment, configuration, and command?
The reference architecture has components that are hard-coded to be provisioned in us-west-2.
What did you do and What did you see instead?
I've tried to deploy on eu-central-1 but none of the ArgoCD Applications are created. After troubleshooting, I've identified the issue was related to wrong AWS Region being used in the IAM Policy and the ClusterSecretStore on External Secret operator. Crossplane-composition is also pinned to us-west-2 for the S3 bucket configuration.
