draw_box is broken or has wrong documentation

draw_box() has been broken since 0e92da9, docstring still says width/height is in dots and my code assumes it is in dots, but as it is now internally multiplied with dpmm the parameters are now actually expected in mm. So either the docs should be fixed and major version number increased (breaking change), or the old behaviour restored.
