Update content in state reducer pattern

"The one bit which threw me slightly was the "Skip this for now" figured out it went 1a, 1b, 1c etc afterwards (seems obvious in hindsight) but we weren't sure how far down we were supposed to skip. maybe add a slightly bigger break or "Restart here" or an explanation of why we were skipping (I might have missed one)."
