API Failure in latest version

Overview

Hello there 👋 .

We run a self-hosted version of codedcov and it has been pretty solid the last year or so. With the latest set of releases, we are seeing a failure that we can't quite explain or understand.

The tasks for all 4 components boot up and within a couple of seconds the Gateway dies with the following error:

Timeout waiting for Codecov api to start

We haven't updated any configuration in probably a year, so it's possible there was something new introduced that we need to update (that happened a few times early on). Not 100% sure.

All of these components are running in AWS ECS Fargate as a service with a single task.
